Step Four — Mastering Your Service
Setting Up to Receive Faxes and Voicemail on Your Smart Phone
- Go on-line to www.accessline.com/onecall
- Enter your number and PIN
- Click on PREFERENCES
- Click on Notification
- Turn Notification ON
- Enter e-mail (or e-mails ) to receive notifications
- Under Display Format Voicemail click “ Attach the voicemail message as a .WAV file in the email notification”
- Scroll down to Fax
- Click on “ Attach the fax as a .PDF in the email notification”
- Scroll to the bottom and save
On your Smart Phone your e-mail notifications for VM and fax will look like this:
Click the link at the bottom to listen to VM and view faxes.
